We raise all natural beef cattle on our ranch.  Pasture raised, grass fed beef that is anti-biotic free really is the best.  Have you ever heard that happy cows make better beef?  It's true!  Stress creates hormones and chemicals that make dark, less pleasant tasting meat.   Physical abuse creates bruises on the animal that also affect meat quality.  Happy cattle don't have stress hormones or bruises and provide top quality, all natural beef that is lower in the bad stuff and higher in the good stuff.  Just say No to corn fed beef and try low cholesterol, low fat beef the way nature intended.
